Really bad garage, no support, no call backs and a complete rip off. Had my car for over 6 months over charged me massivly for a job which should have been fixed undeer warrenty. DO NOT USE!!!
Ordered a part on a Tuesday thinking it would be in the next day they said they would ring when it arrived never heard from them so I rang on Thursday , not in yet rang on the Friday still not in but they said Audi were messing them but the part would be in between 10/11 I told them if it wasn't to cancel they rang on Saturday to say it was in gets up there wrong part cancelled there and then
Having a top of the range Mercedes, I was sick of getting ripped off by main dealers. I was unsure of going to a local garage but Prestwood Motors were in another league. They had the most up to date diagnostic equipment together with skilled staff, they sorted out my car quickly and efficiently. Team that up with a bill that would of been at least twice the amount of a main dealer PLUS a free valet!! In my opinion, Prestwood Motors is a quality local garage that offers the service of a main dealer but without the main dealer price tag! Would highly recommend!

I remember when Steve and Allan ran this petrol station and car workshop as a business. That was over forty years ago and Allan has sadly passed away, though Steve is still there. The petrol station is no more but the business of servicing motor vehicles still goes on. Reliable, trustworthy, efficient.
