Always great food and excellent service
Brilliant place to grab a bite to eat, especially the days when you don't feel like cooking! Food is always ready on time and tastes great. Could do with a bit more chilli in some of their dishes, but that's just my preference.
I visited this place whilst on a vacation and the food was absolutely spot on. Their level of service was beyond expectation. Their food is by far one of best in Hugh Wycombe especially their biryanis and chicken tikkas. A must try for anyone visiting or living in High Wycombe
Weve been a loyal customer of Pathila for 15 plus years. Upon ordering yesterday night, we were incredibly disappointed yesterday to discover that Pathila had given us the wrong order. We called Pathila to ask what had happened to our order, and they apologised and asked us to to arrive in 15 minutes to collect the correct order. We arrive to collect the correct order and the son of the owner who usually works there, requests we return the single curry they gave us incorrectly, and would not provide us with our correct order until we returned the foodpresumably so that they could sell this meal to another unwitting customer. Were really disappointed with his rude and duplicitous behaviour. After being a loyal customer to your Pathila for over 15 years, we wont be returning. Perhaps you could invest some of the money you extort from customers into some customer service lessons?If we could rate you at 0 stars, believe me, we would.
